Jerrod K. Pitcock

I graduated from Angelo State University in 2002.  After graduation, I went to work for real estate appraisal firm in San Angelo.  I became a General Certified Appraiser and a licensed real estate broker in the 8 years with Stribling & Probandt Appraisals.  While working as an appraiser, I gained experience in all types of real estate.  My work included the valuation of single-family and multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, rural and special purpose properties. During my work as an appraiser I also began to do brokerage work and in 2010 opened Pitcock Properties.  

At Pitcock Properties, we handle all types of real estate.  I gained extensive knowledge of the complexity of commercial properties during my work as an appraiser.  I have been able to use this experience in my brokerage work for leasing, and marketing all types of commercial property.

As an appraiser, I have also appraised numerous ranches, and rural recreational properties.  I grew up in a working class ranch family and spent my summers learning the value of hard work with my Grandfather on his ranch.  I love the landscape of West Texas and now continue to run cattle of my own and hope to pass on the value of hard work to my kids.
