  • The property is located about 26 miles east of San Angelo along the north side of FM 765. The tract may be further located as lying 7.5 miles east of Eola at the intersection of County Road 1445 and FM 765. The property has one mile of frontage along County Rd 1445, and 1/2 mile of frontage along FM 765.

  • The property of 324 acres was once primarily in farmland. The farmland was in CRP for several years and has had regrowth of mesquite. The remaining acreage is in native pasture with cover of mesquites, and other native brush.
