Mountain Creek enters the property on the northeast side and meanders through the ranch for 1.2 miles to the west boundary. There is a smaller cow creek that joins Mountain Creek near the west boundary. There are pecans, live oak, hack-berry, mesquite, and cedar on the property. Most of the larger hardwood trees can be found along the 1.2 miles of creek bank. They creek does run water during the wetter months, but will still old pools of water during times its not running.
