  • The ranch has paved road access off of county road 102. It is high fenced around the entire perimeter and also has some cross fencing. The fences are in very good condition and there are electric gates for easy access to all areas of the ranch. The road system throughout the ranch has been well maintained with crushed rock and caliche making all areas of the ranch accessible in all types of weather.
