The elevation ranges from 1900' along the river to 2100' at the highest point on the ranch. From these elevated points, there are great views of the surrounding area.
The ranch is watered by one well located near the deer camp. The well has an electric pump and is equipped with a pressure tank. There are four surface ponds on the ranch in addition to providing wildlife and livestock water.
The ranch is fenced and cross-fenced. The fence condition ranges from good to fair. There is a set of corrals located on the west side of the ranch. There is electricity at the deer camp and plugs for RV use.
The ranch is well-suited for hunting and other outdoor activities. The wildlife included whitetail deer, turkey, quail, and an occasional exotic that may come through.
