Melinda McCutchen/ Ashley Braswell Team

This mother/daughter duo offers the best of both worlds – experience and energy, combined with professional, client-oriented service.  The pair specializes in agricultural, recreational and residential properties.  With a ranching and rural background and with roots reaching deep in the area soil, Ashley and Melinda will be able to assist clients with all of their real estate requirements.

Melinda first began her real estate career in 2006, serving clients and customers through 2011.  As owner and publisher of the local newspaper, The Observer/Enterprise, she had to step away from real estate for a time until a new editor could be found.  She and Wayne, her husband of over thirty years, make their home on their ranch north of Bronte.

Ashley attended Texas State University in San Marcos before graduating from Angelo State University in 2011.  Ashley is also licensed and certified in both residential and commercial insurance.  She and her husband, Reese, enjoy the abundance of wildlife at their home near Bronte.
