  • The acreage is all in native pasture land with a variety of grasses. The brush cover consist of cedar, mesquite, algerita, lote, as well has various hard woods along the creek. The hard woods consist of pecan, oak, elm, and some hackberry.
  • The terrain is diverse and the elevations ranges from 1912' along the creek to 2000' on the hill tops. There are some good vantage points to view the surrounding landscape.

The 3rd well on the property is also a windmill, the windmill is in working condition, however the reservoir and trough have leaks and will be repaired or replaced prior to sale.
