The tract may be further located as lying 7.5 miles east of Eola at the intersection of County Road 1445 and FM 765. The property has one mile of frontage along County Rd 1445, and 1/2 mile of frontage along FM 765.

  • The property of 324 acres was once primarily in farmland. The farmland was in CRP for several years and has had regrowth of mesquite. The remaining acreage is in native pasture with cover of mesquites, and other native brush.
  • Terrain ranges from an area of flat pastureland which was previously cultivation, to slightly rolling land in some areas. The north west side of the property is somewhat rocky.
  • Located on the property are two water taps from Millersview Doole water, both are located towards the front of the property. The water is piped to various location throughout the tract. The property is well watered for livestock and wildlife.
