  • The ranch is located just north of Sonora, TX on the west side of US HWY 277. The main entrance to the ranch is 1.8 miles north of Interstate 10. The ranch is 1 hour drive south of San Angelo. This ranch is 2.5 hr drive west of San Antonio just off if Interstate 10.

  • The acreage is rolling oak covered limestone hills. The property is fenced and cross fenced and has been used for grazing both cattle and sheep.
  • The topography is rolling limestone hills with elevations ranging from 2150' to 2300'.
  • The ranch is primarily watered by two water wells. The main well near the house waters the house and the east side of the ranch and the working pens. This water is pumped into large rock reservoir and then gravity feeds to various troughs on the east end of the ranch. There is a second well on the ranch located on the north boundary near the hunting camp. This well waters the west end of the ranch. There is a poly line from this well that runs south to a trough and then also fills a earthen pond. There is a third well on the property that is located on the east side of the ranch and is used to pump water to a commercial water station. The water station is on Hwy 277 and has two steal storage tanks. Other water sources to the ranch include two smaller dirt tanks and a draw that holds water during wetter seasons. Additionally there is conservation dam on the property that will hold water during wetter months.
  • The ranch is improved with a 3,307 SF rock house. Additionally there are some out buildings such as carport and storage. The house is not currently occupied and there is some differed maintenance with the dwelling.
  • The property has been leased for hunting in the past years. The area is well known for whitetail hunting, and some free range axis.
